HOURLY EVENT RENTALS

Standard Rental Rates

Hourly rates include use of hall, banquet-style chairs, plastic folding tables, and setup of tables/chairs 

Assembly Hall: *$125/hour (maximum capacity: 125)

Great Hall: *$150/hour (maximum capacity: 225)

  • Setup and cleanup of any décor, food/drink, etc. must be scheduled; hourly rate applies

Additional Options & Requirements: 

Bar Service

REQUIRED for all alcoholic beverages, per liquor license. Any carry-ins will be confiscated and fines will be charged 

  • $100/bartender for up to 4 hours of bar service (One bartender required per 75 guests) 

Security

REQUIRED for any events past 6pm 

  • $50/hour (service provided by City of Racine Police Department) 

Catering 

  • Self-catering allowed with prior approval. Clients are responsible for taking out their own trash and breaking down tables/removing chairs if needed.  

  • Licensed caterer is required to use the catering kitchen and plates and silverware.

  • Caterer is required to sign a DeKoven catering agreement and must be approved by DeKoven 30 days prior to the event.

Music/DJ/Desserts/Photographers 

  • Feel free to use additional vendors of your choice! 

  • Sound system available for rent at an additional cost
